INFORMATION & INGREDIENTS for FALL SEASON FOOD
APPLE CIDER DONUTS
Donuts are fried in lard. They are coated in cinnamon and sugar.
Donuts are made fresh daily during fall season.
We use cider from Sunrise Orchards in Gays Mills, Wis, to make our donuts.
Donuts will be good for about 2 days as long as they are kept temperature controlled and out of direct sunlight.
You can freeze the donuts in a sealed container for up to about a month. To reheat, either leave on the counter to come up to temperature or bake on a lined baking sheet at about 350 degrees for about 5 minutes (cooking time varies based on ovens, number of donuts in the oven, and other factors).
Donut Ingredients: Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin, mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), apple cider, sugar, soy flour, soybean oil, leavening, egg yolk, nonfat milk, salt, wheat starch, dextrose, soy lecithin, cellulose gum, natural and artificial flavor. KETTLE CORN
The oil used for popping is soybean oil.
We make kettle corn every couple of days. The corn will last about a week as long as it’s kept temperature controlled and out of direct sunlight.

CARAMEL APPLES
Caramel Ingredients: Corn syrup, sugar, milk, water, hydrogenated coconut oil, butter (cream [milk], salt), mono- and diglycerides, salt, soy lecithin, vanillin (artificial flavor). Contains: milk, soy.
Sprinkles Ingredients: Sugar, hydrogenated palm oil, corn starch, sunflower lecithin, coloring, carnauba wax, cellulose gum
We use ground peanuts for the nuts caramel apple.
We use Cortland apples from Sunrise Orchards in Gays Mills, Wis.
PRETZELS

COMMON FOOD QUESTIONS
Our lunch and dinner baskets are made to order in our kitchen. Pretzels are cooked daily and as needed.
Our ribbon fries are hand-cut from locally grown potatoes.
All our food is made in a facility that uses milk, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, and nuts.
Our brats are Johnsonville brats that are smoked, which is why they may look a little pink. They are not undercooked or raw.
The pulled pork is also smoked and shredded to use in the sandwiches.
Our fryer oil is soybean oil.
The batter on the chicken strips is flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, egg wash, water, and a little bit of hot sauce.
All fried items are deep fried in vegetable oil.
Our corn dogs are 100 percent beef hot dogs.
They are friend in vegetable oil.
