Join our Team!
We are now accepting applications for our fall season!
We’re looking for energetic and outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and like a flexible schedule! College students, high school students, retirees, stay-at-home parents—anyone who's looking to make some extra money and wants to work at a fun place.
Most of the positions are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There are a limited number of positions available during the week.
Fall season employment runs the months of September and October. Additional opportunities to work during the rest of year will be available to the right candidates.
Vesperman Farms Hours of Operation (Fall Season)
Monday–Friday 1 p.m.–7 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m.–7 p.m.
Sunday 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
Positions Available
Food Service
Our food service areas require a range of abilities. For example, the kettle corn stand does not require abilities in cooking. Making the kettle corn is a simple but specific process. The kitchen in the barn, on the other hand, requires the ability to make brats, burgers and fries, caramel apples and donuts. For this job category, we look for friendly employees who are able to pay attention to the details of how something is made while maintaining health and safety standards.
Cashiers
Customer service and friendliness is most important in this job. Taking customers orders with accuracy, knowing the cash register, and giving correct change is required while always remembering to smile. The kitchen in the barn, the retail area, and ticket booth all need cashiers.
Wagon Ride and Wagon Train Drivers
These employees are responsible for the safety of our guests while riding on the wagon to and from the pumpkin patch. We are looking for people who are friendly, safety-minded, and responsible. Job includes helping load and unload wagons, assisting the customers with pumpkins, and doing some mechanical assisting when needed. Drivers must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
