Things have really been happening here at the farm! And that means....drummmmrollll...we have another new face! And one that loves food to boot!
Callie Bristow joins us as our new catering manager. Callie is head cheese in our kitchen. She handles all our food and beverage details for our weddings, general events, fall season, and more.
Callie is a graduate of Southwest Technical College's culinary arts program. She loves that she has just keep learning in her new position here (for example, did you know that edamame are really just baby soybeans?), and we love all her positive energy and enthusiasm for good food.
Callie is looking forward to expanding our food business from our events to more options for catering. You'll find her working hard in the kitchen, coming up with new recipes, perfecting the old, and keeping the stove on for all our events.
